Born in East Jerusalem, Sansour (PS/DK/UK) studied Fine Art in Copenhagen, London and New York.
Recent solo exhibitions include Wereldmuseum in Amsterdam, Kunsthal Charlottenborg in Copenhagen, Amos Rex in Helsinki and Göteborgs Konsthall in Gothenburg.
In 2019, she represented Denmark at the 58th Venice Biennale.
Sansour is currently working on two new film projects. Her first arthouse feature film, In Memory of Times to Come, is set to shoot autumn 2026 in Italy. Sleep the Sleep of Silence is a short film commission for the CCCB in Barcelona, scheduled to premiere in May 2027.
She lives and works in London.
